Online Orders

Payment Options
- Full Payment: The total amount is paid at checkout.
- Partial Payment (if available): A portion is paid in advance. The remaining balance must be cleared before dispatch, as shown during checkout.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available.
VAT & Delivery Charges
All applicable VAT and delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. The final amount shown before confirmation is the total payable amount.
Delivery Timeline
Inside Dhaka: 2–5 working days
Outside Dhaka: 3–7 working days
If we are unable to deliver within the stated timeframe, you may request a refund.
Refund Policy
If delivery is not completed within the promised period, approved refunds will be processed within 30 working days after verification.
Order Cancellation

Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after order confirmation, we will notify you and offer a replacement or a full refund.
